A fill-in Colorado licensed optometrist is needed for Aug. 25-Aug 29 inside the the Pearle Vision in Lakewood, CO.

The office is easy going with patients scheduled every 30 min,  a l hour lunch break on Tues-Friday and a shorter work day on Saturday with a 30 minute lunch break.

Edgewater (Denver Metro)

Lakefront Eye Care Aesthetics & Wellness, a doctor-owned private practice in Edgewater, is seeking one or more fill-in optometrists to complete our coverage team for a 6–12 week maternity leave starting early September, 2026.  Looking for 2+ days/week — we can be flexible with the days that work for you.

We offer full clinical support including a dedicated medical scribe, experienced lead technician, and veteran optician. Our practice uses RevolutionEHR and modern diagnostic technology including Eidon UWF retinal imaging, OCT, Olleyes Virtual Field, and Oculus K5 Keratograph. We also have an advanced dry eye and MGD treatment protocol with Oculus Darwin IPL and RF — a great opportunity for ODs interested in expanding their dry eye experience.

Compensation: $675–$750/day flat rate (depending on schedule), with option for a higher rate at a faster patient pace. Production-based compensation with no cap also available. Fridays at $450 (7am to noon,

5 hours, no lunch).

As an aesthetics and wellness practice, fill-in ODs have the opportunity to experience complimentary treatments including EXOMind, IPL, and Exion Face.

Full-scope primary care optometry; specialty contact lens experience a plus but not required.  Medicare and Medicaid credentialed preferred.

Active Colorado OD license needed.
