Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Outline the physiology of aqueous outflow and pathophysiology of elevated intraocular pressure in glaucoma
- Evaluate the efficacy and safety of clinical trial data for the use of ROCK inhibitors in the treatment of patients with glaucoma
- Describe the mechanism of action by which ROCK inhibitors act to treat glaucoma and elevated intraocular pressure
Target Audiences:
Optometrists and other eye care professions who manage patients with glaucoma.
There will be another free CE session in the same format as this one on Thursday, November 7, about neurotrophic keratitis. This disease is hard to identify, and delays in detection can cause irreversible damage, so we will teach you how to catch it early.
