This year, the golf tournament is kicking off the Colorado Vision Summit! Bring your friends (OD or not) to enjoy a beautiful day golfing 18 holes at Legacy Ridge Golf Course. Come for the golf, stay for friends, prizes and fun!

Player Registration Pricing

• Early-Bird Registration (April 1 - June 1): $175
• Regular Registration (June 2 - July 15): $195
  Fees per player

Participants will also have the opportunity to purchase mulligans, additional raffle tickets and entrance into the putting contest.

Fees Include: 18-hole round of golf, golf cart, range balls, awards, raffle ticket, goody bag, and lots of fun!
